Ed.M. Candidate, Human Development and Psychology Program
Megan Bock works on various projects for the Zaentz Initiative where she primarily creates professional development resources for early education leaders and educators. Bock graduated from Harvard's Graduate School of Education in May as a Zaentz Fellow, earning a master's degree with a focus on Human Development and Psychology. Prior to her work at Harvard, Bock was senior consultant on Head Start's training and technical assistance team, where she supported Head Start management staff to build capacity in their programs. Before consulting, Bock worked on the Chicago: Ready to Learn! Initiative which streamlined quality improvement efforts among three early childhood funders in Chicago. Bock began her career as a Head Start teacher where she developed a passion for creating opportunities for young children and their families. Bock holds a B.A. from Colorado College and an M.Ed. in early childhood education curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University.
